Somatic Bodywork

Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, Pablo Troccolioffers individual sessions in somatic bodywork.

Working according to somatic principles, attending to how you experience yourself moving, Pablo will offer guidance and support for any questions you may have about your own physical awareness and ability.  If there are no specific areas of curiosity, Pablo will find easy and joyous ways in which to deepen your connection to your awareness in movement.

The session will allow you to find inner resources, developing awareness and moving with more ease and efficiency. You will learn to shift your focus between inner and outer environments, connecting yourself back into nature through your moving self.

What can be addressed? Attending to health matters, recuperation from illness or operation, addressing long term aches and pains, understanding your moving self.

Sessions are priced at £45, last between an hour and an hour and a half. You can book a one-off or a series of sessions at times to suit you. To book a session please get in touch.

If you have never had any ‘bodywork’ do not worry, nothing special is needed.  Wear some warm comfortable clothes, we have a well heated movement space with a wooden floor and you simply bring willingness.  If you know about bodywork, you are in for a treat!
